**Job Summary**

Screenco is seeking individuals with a good work ethic, who are interested in pursuing a career in a manufacturing factory that produces screens for the window and door industry. As Double Miter Saw Operator, you are a key production worker who is tasked to perform many duties and jobs in our warehouse by the department supervisor and/or the plant manager in a safe manner. These important manufacturing jobs enable Screenco to be the leading supplier to window and door manufacturers in North America.

**Essential Job Functions**

Can include some or all of the following:

- Measure parts using a tape measure (imperial and metric units)
- Operate a Double Headed Miter Saw
- Operate machinery (training provided)
- Follow operating procedures and specifications
- Handle, lift and transport materials
- Check that parts meet quality specifications
- Complete production log sheets
- Clean and/or organize workspaces or areas of the warehouse/factory
- Lubricate and/or maintain equipment
- Work with the production team to meet daily targets
- Assist other associates with duties

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Good communicator who can follow instructions and ask for clarification
- Manual dexterity to use tools and machines
- Physical strength to lift and/or move products
- Stamina to stand on feet most of the shift
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Available for overtime between April and November
- Available for shift work
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Production experience in a continuous improvement workplace is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
