- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
**Skills**
- Proficient in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the workspace
