**Key Responsibilities**:

- Litter pick entire grounds and sweep sidewalks, entries, stairs and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris.
- Sweep, mop, and disinfect hard-surfaced flooring.
- Vacuum carpets in hallways, and common areas; spot clean when necessary.
- Empty waste receptacles, clean and disinfect the interior/exterior, and replace liners.
- Take recycling bins up driveway ramp on recycling days / move bins back inside.
- Keep garbage rooms neat and tidy, picking up any garbage / recycling and place in proper bins.
- Clean, organize and restock janitor's room.
- Thoroughly clean and hose down floors and drains, especially areas behind garbage bins, on days when bins are removed.
- Dust and clean furniture, windows, walls, and other surfaces.
- Restock general supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or supply needs to the supervisor.
- Fill out log book, follow-up with requested comments, report any problems to management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and tools (training provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 5 hour shift
- Working hours: 8:00am - 1:00pm
- Monday - Friday

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
