Taxi Driver

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change as necessary.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Utilize GPS and navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fares, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills for processing payments.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse passengers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods is a plus.
