**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Bio-Test Laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and ensuring a positive experience for patients. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform venipunctures and capillary draws with precision and care.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood collection procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of samples.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures in the laboratory setting.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Certification as a Phlebotomist or equivalent experience required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to phlebotomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in a hospital or laboratory setting is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
