Duties
- Represent the brand and promote products or services at various events and locations
- Attend tastings at various events and liquor stores to help spread brand awareness.
- Engage with potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about features and benefits.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team

**Requirements**:

- Strong market knowledge and understanding of target audience
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Proven sales experience or ability to effectively sell products or services
- Experience conducting product demos is a plus
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Reliable vehicle and pro serve required

As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to represent our brand at various events, engage with potential customers, and promote our products or services. You will play a key role in attending tastings at events and various liquor stores, increasing brand awareness, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are passionate about our brand, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to have you on our team.

Please note that this is not a remote position. Travel to different event locations may be required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Edmonton, AB (required)
