**CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Storefront Associate**

**Location: 256 Jarvis Street, Toronto, ON**

**Part time job opportunity**

**Hours of Work**: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 2pm to 10 pm

**Shift: 3** Days a week.

An incredible opportunity to bring your expert knowledge and experience to a growing and dynamic company. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers. As a Store Front Associate within Tim Hortons, you will assist with all store merchandise stocking, serving as well as cashiering when needed.

**Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Previous Tim Horton's experience considered an asset, training will be provided
- Great teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and self motivated
- Detailed oriented and have exceptional time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work
- Store maintenance including; sweeping, moping and dusting
- Provide exceptional customer service by processing payments made via cash, debit, credit and/or vouchers
- Understand and follow all pertinent Food Safety guidelines, procedures and requirements
- Create a positive shopping experience by engaging and interacting with customers
- Resolve customer complaints
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Perform other duties as required

**Educational /Technical Experience**:

- Valid Food Handler's certificate an asset
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Experience in Retail sales preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

**Skill and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, vendors and store management
- Health and Safety trained.
- Will be required to be on your feet for extended periods of time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Toronto, ON M5B 2J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
