We offer a “promote from within culture”, training, solid pay plans, benefits and perks including employee incentives on vehicle purchases, parts and service. - Want change in a disruptive market - Like being comfortable with "change" to grow - Want to be part of the "new era" of analytical leadership and empowerment - Have at least 2 years of automotive management experience driven - Assertiveness and Self-Motivated - Take Constructive Criticism positively - Punctual - **Commission Only** **Responsibilities**: - Meet monthly Sales Target and gross targets. - Schedule, monitor and control all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery, i.e. finance contracts, extended warranted contracts, insurance forms, etc. - Take complete ownership of the department, dockets/customer files - Motivate sales staff, and set monthly spiffs and promotions. - Responsible for completion of all final delivery paperwork - Must be a strong sales closer. **Qualifications**: - Sales and competitive winning mindset required - Experience in, mentoring, growing, and educating sales staff. - Experience in desking and closing subprime auto sales. - Organizational and leadership skills required - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion - OMVIC license required. * If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
