**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- **Drive Sales and Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Calls and Site Inspections**: Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspections for potential clients.
- **Event Representation**: Represent the hotel at various events and exhibitions to promote the brand.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, including rates and terms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure sales initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience in account management**: Outside sales, or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Several years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality management.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Organization**: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation skills.
- **Customer Service**: Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- **Ability to analyze data**: Make informed decisions based on market trends.

**Additional Duties**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create strategic action plans to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
- **Client Queries**: Respond quickly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
