**BRAND is looking to hire Journeyman ($47.82 hr) & 3rd year ($38.26 hr) apprentice Insulators to be apart of the team out at our site in Fort. Sask. AB, for the Spring and Fall Turnarounds, day and night shift available ($3.00 night shift premium). 6 days on 1 day off schedule for 10 hours a day. Craft will have the option to take a day off during the week and work full weekends - paid 30 hours of straight time and 30 hours of OT. $150 LOA paid for 7 days only for 6-1 Shift and must be 120KM from Scotford site, travel protocol for other provinces for those who qualify are**:
**120KM to Shell Scotford: $200**

**Sask and BC: $450**

**Manitoba: $500**

**YK, NWT, ONT & QB: $700**

**NB, PEI, NS, NL: $800**

The Insulation Journeyman is responsible for safely performing all installation and removal of insulation and for assisting in the installation and removal of metal finishing as part of a crew.

**Description of Essential Duties**
- Apply, remove and repair thermal and acoustical insulation on all types of industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine appropriate insulation requirements.
- Select the amount and type of insulation to be installed, as well as confirm the method of ensuring the insulation depending on the specifications of the structure.
- Measure and cut insulating material and coverings to the required shape and dimensions.

- Strong commitment to safety. Individuals will be expected to adhere to safe work practices and Brand's Safety Philosophy.
- **JM ticket or will accept proof of hours**:

- Must have the ability to maintain positive relations with clients and coworkers through effective communication and conflict management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Must be knowledgeable in various types of insulation used in an industrial area.
- CSTS 2020
- Confined Space
- Fall Protection

This position is covered under the CLAC agreement.
