Billing Technician

**mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

We are currently looking for a Billing Technician to join our Finance team.

**What will your main responsibilities look like?**

In this role, you will be led to:

- Prepare daily invoices for contracts with various companies;
- Respond promptly and accurately to various billing inquiries from representatives;
- Daily reconciliation of payments (credit card, direct deposits, etc.);
- Weekly reconciliation of bank deposits and AR auxiliaries;
- Monthly billing of inter-company transactions;
- Collection procedures related to certain AR accounts;
- Prepare various reports;
- Prepare and enter accounting entries in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.

- Your high adaptability in a changing environment;
- Your readiness to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- Your proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and your ease with accounting systems;
- Your excellent language and communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with internal and external English—and French-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada;
- Your thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Your ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Your college diploma (D.E.C.) in administration or accounting;
- Your relevant experience (at least 3 years).
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be considered an asset that would set you apart.
