**Now Hiring: Janitorial Staff for Strata Condo Maintenance**

Next Level Cleaning is seeking a **reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy** individual to join our team for **strata condominium janitorial work**. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
- Mopping lobby floors and cleaning entrance windows.
- Wiping down elevator cabs and ensuring interior cleanliness.
- Sweeping and removing debris from exterior walkways and facility surroundings.
- Changing light bulbs and performing minor janitorial maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- A presentable and professional appearance is a must.
- A vehicle is an asset but not a requirement.
- Part-time positions may also be available.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
