**Position Overview**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of clinical experience practicing in Canada**:

- **Valid dental license to practice in British Columbia**:

- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A commitment to patient care, integrity, and ethical practice
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with our team

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Utilize dental software such as Cleardent to manage patient records and appointments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure a smooth workflow in the office.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in pediatric dentistry to enhance patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Compensation**
- **40% of collections**:

- As a **new clinic**, we are actively building our patient base and working to fill the schedule—we’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow with us
