What You’ll Do

As an Axe Throwing Coach, you'll be the face of the experience. Your job is all about making our guests feel like champions and have a memorable time—whether they hit the bullseye or the floorboard. You’ll:

- Lead with energy: Teach axe throwing basics to groups of all sizes and backgrounds, ensuring everyone is involved and entertained.
- Be their biggest fan: Cheer guests on, celebrate their wins (big or small), and keep the positive vibes flowing.
- Set the tone: Create a welcoming, fun, and supportive atmosphere while maintaining a laid-back, casual style.
- Keep it safe: Enforce safety guidelines and handle situations involving alcohol with professionalism and good humor.
- Adapt to the crowd: Whether it’s a corporate team, a bachelor party, or a group of friends, you’ll know how to connect and ensure everyone has a blast.

Who You Are
- A born entertainer with a gift for encouraging and uplifting people.
- Confident, outgoing, and skilled at commanding attention in a fun and friendly way.
- Experienced in coaching, teaching, or leading groups in sports, fitness, or other activities (axe throwing experience is a bonus).
- Calm under pressure and capable of handling guests who may be drinking responsibly.
- Adaptable and patient with all kinds of personalities and skill levels.
