We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of daily operations. If you have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a strong customer focus, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and stock replenishment
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and goals

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven sales experience with the ability to drive results
- Experience in team management and development
- Strong training development skills to enhance employee performance
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written FRENCH & ENGLISH

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
