**Instructor, Full Stack Web Development (Term Full-Time)**
School of Continuing Education
- **POSITION TYPE**: 3-5 Full-Time, Term Positions Available (anticipated April 21, 2025 up to August 29, 2025)
- **SALARY**: $63,375 - $96,946 per annum*

**POSITION LOCATION**: Exchange District Campus (Winnipeg, MB)
- **DUTIES**
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma in Information Technology field, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Current experience in web development in an IT project or educational setting
- Experience coding with front-end and back-end web languages and technologies such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python and React
- Knowledge in Object Oriented system analysis and in web development business processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use conflict resolution techniques to facilitate positive outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to teach on campus and remotely
- Ability to work independently as well as in small to large group settings
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience developing curriculum and instructing at a post-secondary level
- Certificate in Teaching for Learning or Adult Education
- Experience developing and instructing distance-delivered courses including online
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver blended (synchronous and asynchronous) instruction
- Proven ability to stay current with technology

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to work throughout the academic year including the summer months
- Instructors are required to complete the Teaching for Learning (TFL) in Applied Education program or have previously completed the Certificate in Adult Education (CAE)
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
