At Nita Lake Lodge, we believe that a positive team experience is at the heart of every guest experience. As our **Employee Experience Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace for our team — supporting everything from staff housing and onboarding to health & safety and engagement initiatives.

**About the Role**

This is a newly created, on-site position at Nita Lake Lodge, designed to support our growing Employee Experience department. Working closely with the Director of Employee Experience, you’ll help ensure smooth HR operations, strong communication, and a supportive, inclusive culture for all team members.

You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our staff housing program, support our Joint Health & Safety Committee, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide administrative and project support across the employee lifecycle.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage staff housing logistics — move-ins, agreements, and inspections.
- Serve as Co-Chair of the Joint Health & Safety Committee and support safety initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment postings, screening, and new hire onboarding.
- Organize and deliver orientation sessions for new employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records, forms, and digital files.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Employee Experience.

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, or property management (hospitality an asset).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with BC Employment Standards and WorkSafeBC is an advantage.
- A proactive, people-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
