Our Solution Centre Associates are relied upon to engage and promote a full range of borrowing and investment options while maintaining our award winning service levels. Employee Type: Full Time Schedule: Mon - Fri or Tues - Sat, plus one evening shift per week. Job Category: Sales and Service Location: Head Office, North Vancouver (flexible/hybrid work options available) **Key responsibilities of this role are**: - Provides service and sales across the four pillars of banking including borrowing, investments (may include mutual funds), insurance, and general banking. Refers to specialists and/or branch staff when required. - Conducts outbound calls for a variety of sales and service initiatives aimed at business retention and growth. - Promotes and completes the sale for investment products (may include mutual funds).
