- **Minimum 1 year of experience** working as an **Insurance Broker**:

- **Valid RIBO License** (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) **for 2025**

We’re looking for a driven, experienced **Insurance Broker** to join our team. This is a **commission-only** role focused on **outside sales**, client relationship building, and providing expert insurance advice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and close sales through outside sales and telemarketing
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Explain coverage and policy options clearly
- Negotiate terms and handle sales administration

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year insurance sales experience**:

- **Valid RIBO license (2025)**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Proven success in telemarketing and outside sales

**Note**: Applications without a valid RIBO license and relevant experience will not be considered.

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- INSURANCE SALES: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- 2025 RIBO License (required)
