**Job Title**: Airport Security Agent Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee daily operations of security agents, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- **Training**: Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high standards of security practices.
- **Monitoring**: Conduct regular inspections of security checkpoints and personnel to ensure adherence to safety protocols and effective response to security breaches.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with airport management, law enforcement, and emergency response teams to coordinate security measures and incident response plans.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, operational performance, and staff attendance; prepare reports for upper management.
- **Customer Service**: Promote a positive experience for passengers by ensuring a courteous and professional approach from all security staff.
- **Emergency Response**: Act as the first line of response during security incidents, leading efforts to resolve situations swiftly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in airport security or law enforcement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of airport security regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using security technology and systems.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
