**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your hospitality skills and ability to manage guest flow will ensure that every patron feels welcomed and valued.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize guest flow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist servers by communicating effectively with the kitchen and dining staff regarding guest needs.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and answering questions about the menu or restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
