We are looking for line cooks/Pizza Cooks for a new restaurant and bar located Gastown. This new location is where pizza fans can find the best Neapolitan Pizza in downtown Vancouver. We embody the authentic Italian-style pizza restaurant with an elegant and modern approach. We also have a raw bar and utilize fresh and local ingredients to create seasonal and innovative dishes. Open daily, it will also offer selection of craft beers, local wines and a full bar with seasonal cocktails.

Line cook/Pizza Cook Responsibilities:
Assist the kitchen team in all aspects of food production
Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment

Qualifications:
Culinary or kitchen experience
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Employment Type:
Full-time or Part time
Above industry paid with tips

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
