As an **Inside Sale Representative**,** you will be a part of the PPG-Dulux Paint stores team. You will focus on driving sales and growing relationships within London, ON territory
Are you a motivated and customer-focused relationship builder who can establish an ongoing positive rapport with all customers over the phone? This may be your next challenge
**Key Responsibilities****:
- Call prospective customers and qualify leads; handle inbound customer calls and service appropriately.
- Sustain relationships and introduce new products & promotions to current customers to increase sales opportunities.
- Close sales or hand off qualified leads to appropriate resources.
- Maintain professional production activities and highlight areas where national, divisional, or local account managers should get involved.
- Work closely with store managers and associates to resolve issues arising from inbound service calls and ensure the highest level of customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 or more years of sales experience is considered an asset.
- Previous experience using a CRM tool to collect and measure performance and customer data.
- Paint knowledge preferred.
Use your professional and consultative communication skills in order to deliver the PPG product story today
