**Site Supervisor Responsibilities**:
- Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues
- Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary, fill in shifts.
- Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
- Create assigned reports
- Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
- Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
- Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters
- Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members
- Monitor security cameras
- Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, and phones
- Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex
**Site Supervisor Requirements**:
- **2+ years **of experience as a **Concierge**:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Excellent communication skills (English - written and verbal)
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated
- Lead by example
- Start Date: As soon as possible
**Experience Required**:
- 2+ years of working in the Concierge role
- Customer service: 1-2 years (preferred)
- Residential Condominium/Hotel front desk: 1+ year (required)
**License/Certification**:
- **Ontario Security Guard License **Required**
- **Valid CPR First Aid Level C **Required**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
**Schedule/Location**:
- GTA
- 8-hour shift
- Day/Afternoons/Night shifts
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
