Technical Support Analyst

Overview:
myHSA is a technology company focused in the Employee Benefits area. myHSA is a first to market fast growing company headquartered in Calgary. We are a B2B Cloud white labelled technology that we sell through Insurance advisors. We are looking for a full-time Technical Support Analyst to work out of our 17th Ave office (parking is provided). You are:
- A problem solver that loves to debug issues
- Comfortable and effective working independently or with a team
- Strong at organization and communication skills
Expected Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues after the chat person has determined it is a software/system issue
- Run SQL or Fix code depending on whether the problem is a data issue or a code issue
- Write SQL scripts to change or fix data
- Run bi-weekly UATs on our Staging System
- Submit technical tickets to be a bridge between support team and IT team
- Optimizing Stored procedures and functions
- Follow our ISO Security Policies and Standards
- Review integrity check and fix any necessary issues
- Run customized reports through SQL queries
Required Experience:
- Stored Procedure and SQL Scripting experience
- SQL querying experience
Desired Experience:
- JavaScript experience
- 1+ year(s) SQL Server DBA experience
- C#.NET core development experience is an asset
- Payment gateway experience
- Source control experience
- Visual Studio experience
Required Education:
- Computer Science degree or diploma
