**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing timely support and ensuring a smooth customer journey throughout the mortgage process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between clients and mortgage brokers
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding mortgage products, documentation, and next steps
Maintain and update client records in CRM and internal systems
Assist with follow-ups, client check-ins, and feedback collection
Handle concerns or complaints with empathy, escalating issues when necessary
Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to client management

**Qualifications**:
2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support (preferably in mortgage or financial services)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
