LSW Wear Parts Ltd is a family owned company established in 1993 to service the Mining, Construction and Forestry industries through out Atlantic Canada.

We are currently looking for a full time Shipper / Receiver for our Truro location.

In this role your primary responsibility is to manage shipping costs and support exceptional customer service by managing on time deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- This position will support the freight budget by working with Procurement to ensure all shipments utilize best rates by managing daily communication with trucking companies and Management
- Complete all shipping and receiving functions of incoming and outgoing product shipments, including completion of required documentation for product warranties responsible for accuracy and timeliness of receipts and submissions of all records.
- The position will also include the management of the warehouse, receipt of raw materials, movement of the inventory and storage of finished goods.
- Maintains efficiency and set up and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard.
- Aid the sales staff in moving of display units and restocking of parts

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to 60lbs)
- Previous Forklift experience and asset.
- Computer literacy

**Education and experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
