**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the sales and service team to achieve company goals.
- Oversee daily operations including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to optimize inventory levels.
- Drive business growth through marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

- Proven leadership experience in retail or service management.
