**Hy-Grade Roofing Consultant - Commission-Based**

**Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building relationships?**

**Hy-Grade Steel Roofing System**, Ontario’s Largest Manufacturer, and Installer of Residential Steel Roofing for over 36 years, is seeking a dynamic Roofing Consultant to join our growing team This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for self-motivated individuals. You will set your own schedule, and directly impact your earning potential. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and customer outreach
- Visit customer homes to assess roof needs and measurements
- Deliver a compelling sales presentation showcasing the benefits of Hy-Grade’s steel roofing systems
- Prepare detailed quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
- Roofing industry knowledge a plus
- A valid business number and HST number are required
- Drivers License Required
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to self-motivate are essential to thrive in this role

**Job Types**:

**Pay**:

- $50,000-$150.000 per year **(commission based)**

**Schedule**:

- Day shift, on call & weekends as needed

- Sales (1 year preferred)
- Construction (1 year preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- Drivers License (required)

- On the road
