There are good opportunities to grow with the company. - Our bread and treats are baked fresh everyday without any added preservatives. - We donate all of our end of day baked goods to community charities **As a Baker at COBS Bread Erin Mills, you will**: - Work with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure the bread quality and range is to COBS Bread standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands. - Maintain the safety of staff and customers by upholding the COBS Bread brand and standards. - Be assigned an initial designated area of responsibility (Bowl, Bench, or Ovens) and will cross-functionally train and learn all three areas. - Assist with stock rotation. - Provide delightful customer service. - Provide support to the whole bakery team, demonstrate team work and foster good working relationships. **Responsibilities** - Full time position, 5 days a week on a set schedule - Valid Food Safety Course and/or First Aid Training Certificate is valued but not mandatory **Cobs Bread has been independently certified as a "Great Place to Work._"_** **About COBS Bread** - COBS Bread is part of the world's most successful retail bakery network - Bakers Delight - an Australian owned company.
