Computation Ltd. is currently looking to hire either a full time or part time in store computer repair technician.

- General software maintenance & cleanup

- installing and maintaining Apple MacOS systems
- customer service for retail, corporate, and small business clients
- answering client phone calls
- communicating with clients in a clear and effective manner
- diagnosing client service tickets quickly, thoroughly, and effectively

**Skills**

This is a junior to intermediate role and the challenges you will be presented will be commensurate with your skill level. Ongoing technical training will be provided but you will be expected to begin with a substantial background in IT hardware support (a mix of education and professional experience, experience from gaming and personal pursuits is welcome). You are also expected to be in possession of notable people skills that will allow you to provide technical support in both retail and corporate environments - this includes:

- punctuality
- an ability to multitask, prioritize and deal with time constraints.

**Schedule & Environment**

The regular schedule for this position is Sunday to Thursday from 10am to 7pm (6pm on Sunday), with the potential for extra hours and occasional evening and off hours work. While most of the work will be as a retail service technician at our store location, we will also require applicants to perform onsite service to both residential and business clients. Applicants must have full drivers license and be required to supply your own vehicle, use of which will be compensated for.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
