As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Electrical Projects**: Successfully quote, execute and deliver electrical projects by meeting and exceeding targets for budget, schedule, and quality.
- **Lead and Inspire**: Champion the company's values as a key ambassador, mentoring and developing a high-performing team through effective training and performance reviews.
- **Drive Sales Growth**: Proactively generate sales leads through on-site customer engagement, strategic networking, and diligent account management.
- **Ensure Technical Excellence**: Interpret electrical components, circuits, and schematics to guide and perform hands-on fieldwork and installations at a managerial level.
- **Uphold Safety Standards**: Maintain a strong commitment to safety by rigorously following and enforcing all established policies and procedures.
- **Provide Emergency Support**: Offer timely and effective responses to urgent service needs, with the flexibility for after-hours and weekend work as required.
- **Oversee Field Operations**: Travel to various jobsites as needed to direct installation work, conduct quality assurance checks, and ensure project success.
- Other duties as required.

**Experience Required**:

- 309A Electrical License
- 5+ Years electrical experience in an industrial setting
- 5+ years experience quoting projects and being involved with project management
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Additional relevant certificates and training would be considered an asset

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
