**Job Overview**
The Fundraising Specialist role will work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the Intelligence Hub team to achieve Envision Counselling & Support Centre’s strategic goals and to grow support for Envision Counselling & Support Centre Inc. The Fundraising Specialist role will work closely with the Executive Director, Administration Supervisor, Administrative Assistant - Finance, and Communications Specialist supporting donor relations to grow and sustain Envision's non-government funded activities. The Fundraising Specialist will provide efficient and effective donor engagement skills, fundraising events management, and volunteer coordination.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Able to monitor and meet income goals
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude
- Demonstrates a diligent, detailed, accurate, consistent and methodical approach to the ability to do administrative procedures
- Possess a high level of computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
- A committed and enthusiastic team member

**Employment Conditions**:
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

- Work is performed in office and/or community setting
- Work requires flexible hours
**This is a term position, working 21 hours per week, with a start date as soon as possible and ending on March 31, 2026.**
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 months
Pay: $22.46-$25.30 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
