**What you will do**
The role is a full time, entry-level role and is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives. The career path of a Junior Fire Alarm Inspector is to progress through the established Fire Alarm Technician levels, fostering continued learning and growth. Being a member of the team will allow for an opportunity to contribute to a leader in the Fire, Life Safety and HVAC industry.
**How you will do it**:
- Assist in performing inspection, testing and maintenance activities on Fire Alarm, Sprinkler & Emergency Lighting Systems.
- Responsible for meeting customer expectations while assisting quality inspections. Maintain professional demeanor with customers.
- Assist lead technicians with day to day duties including reading and interpreting reports, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operational/product manuals.
- General Field technician duties to assist the senior technicians with their daily tasks.
- Other roles and responsibilities as identified by your manager/supervisor.

**_Required Qualifications: _**
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Minimum High School completion.
- Canadian citizen or legal right to work in Canada with any employer.
- Ability to travel within the province. Willing to work overnight out of town as required.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Aptitude and interest in electronics and technical troubleshooting.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to pass criminal background and clean driving record; possess valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain Reliability clearance.
