Good Folk, located in the Otter Hotel, is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help us create unforgettable guest experiences. Your Role
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our vision to life. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee FOH operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
- Lead, train, and inspire our FOH team to deliver outstanding service with every guest interaction.
- Help craft a creative beverage program that pairs perfectly with our menu and enhances the dining experience.
- Take charge of daily tasks like scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining service standards.
- Foster a supportive, fun, and inclusive workplace where everyone thrives.
What We’re Looking For
- Thrives on delivering amazing guest experiences and knows how to lead by example.
- Is creative, innovative, and not afraid to take risks to make Good Folk stand out.
- Has restaurant or bar management experience and loves working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates effectively, stays flexible, and is hands-on in their approach.
- Lives in the Bow Valley or is ready to relocate to this incredible location.
