Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for perform a variety of major set ups, processing, fabrication, assembly, inspection, finishing, cleaning, welding, testing and rework on product. As well as various support duties associated with the manufacturing and shipment of product. The operator must also be capable of learning manual skills, work to drawings and procedures and keep accurate records. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Primary responsibilities include:
1. Manufacture the products according to assigned documentation, with a high degree of workmanship.

2. Tasks include swaging, drawing, x-raying, etching and the use of a vacuum bake out oven.

3. Receive oral and written instructions and perform the task per those instructions and procedures.

4. Operate manufacturing equipment to supply assembled or sub -assembled products and perform inspection checks to ensure conformance with quality standards and customer requirements.

5. Assemble, measure, test, mark, inspect and pack assemblies and sub-assemblies as required.

6. Fabricate various assemblies and components by following and interpreting specifications to meet all quality standards.

7. Set up and operate equipment required to perform a variety of in-process, final or special tests to inspect, classify or verify that the product meets customer requirements, specifications and quality standards.

Education & Experience:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent

2. Some exposure to a manufacturing facility is required

Other Requirements:

- Proficient written and verbal communication
- Physical requirements for this position include bending, lifting, and walking, sitting, turning and repetitive motion.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
