Edmonton, Canada McCOR Management Full time

We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Manager for a premium rental apartment property in Edmonton.

This full-time position will involve showing and leasing units, providing superior customer service to existing tenants, coordinating unit turnovers, supervising on-site staff and contractor activity, rent collection, and all manner of administration work.
- Will be well-organized and customer-focused;
- Will be available to live on-site;
- Will have experience managing a busy residential building;
- Will provide a clean police clearance;
- Will have your own vehicle.

After-hours work will be required from time to time to respond to maintenance emergencies and to accommodate the needs of the residents, particularly at month-end.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
