**Company Description**:
Kindling Cannabis is a legal cannabis retail store that originated in the area of Little Portugal Dundas at 1567 Dundas Street West in Toronto. We aim to have a welcoming and comfortable environment for our team and customers. We offer one of the most convenient free 1-hour delivery systems for our customers the downtown Toronto area.

Kindling Cannabis is looking for a few delivery drivers that have their own vehicle. You will be on standby in the store until a delivery comes in where you would pick, pack and then deliver the order to the customer. You will perform light in-store duties while on standby in store such as cleaning, inventory etc. You will be compensated $16.55 per hour plus commission for each delivery and tips. Any further deliveries(outside of 10km range) will receive an additional pay of $0.61 cents per KM distance to the drop off and back to the store.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform 1 hour on demand delivery from the store to downtown area (1567 Dundas St W, Dundas & Dufferin area)
- Be a wiz in the city when it comes to navigating
- Deliver to nearby areas just outside the downtown area using an app to help navigate multiple deliveries
- Greet customers and check ID for 19+ years of age and for customer name verification
- Create a friendly experience delivering to customers on time
- Verify and prepare orders in store
- Daily cleaning for a safe, fresh and appealing environment

**Requirements**:

- 19+ years of age
- valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid CannSell Certificate or ability to obtain before start date
- Cannabis knowledge and willing to learn
- Background and passion through regulated or non-regular markets
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team at all times to assist each other when needed
- Retail experience is an asset
- Good energy to contribute to the good vibes

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver
- Customer service (preferred)
- Cannabis retail experience is an asset
- Inventory or stocking of a retail store is an asset
- Cashier experience or sales positions is an asset
- Delivery driver, Courier experience or skilled driver is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
