**What YOU Will Do**
- Assist the project team with coordination and project support
- Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients
- Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules
- Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents
- Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market
- Take pride in compiling and completing company wide project reports
- Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings
- Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project
- Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal career opportunities;
- Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process

**What YOU Will Bring**
- 1-3 years’ experience working in the construction industry
- A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
- A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation
- A knack for building strong relationships with your coworkers and clients alike

**Bonus If You Also**:

- Are fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and oral
