**Job Purpose**:
To maintain a clean and sanitized environment within the facility by executing comprehensive and heavy-duty cleaning duties. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas, including tables, counters, washrooms, offices, warehouse spaces, and outdoor areas, while working in a cold environment.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Experience operating floor scrubber machines is mandatory.
- Willingness to train and operate a forklift for tasks such as moving pallets as part of the cleaning function.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization procedures for industrial or warehouse environments.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Previous experience in heavy-duty cleaning in cold environments is strongly preferred.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Replenish all necessary supplies, including cups, paper towels, and PDQ on tables.
- Dust surfaces, including but not limited to, microwave, sink, shelf, counter, fridges, desks, and tables.
- Sweep carpets and wipe doors.
- Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, and doors. Replenish supplies like soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Sweep and mop floors in washroom and locker areas.
- Sanitize door handles.
- Pick up garbage outside the building.
- Empty garbage bins and replace garbage bags.
- Remove all weeds outside, including patio, front, east side, and west side.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

**Work Environment Expectations**:

- **Cold Environment**:This role requires working in cold temperatures both inside and outside the facility. Applicants must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in these conditions.
- **Physical Requirements**:Warehouse cleaning involves more than basic tasks; it includes intensive physical labor in a challenging environment.

**Health and safety Responsibilities**:

- Report hazards, incidents, and injuries to the supervisor.
- Follow safe work procedures and rules.
- Not use or operate any equipment or work in a way that may endanger any worker.
- Use personal protective equipment and clothing as directed by the employer.
- Report to the supervisor any known missing or defective equipment or protective device.
- Not engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct
