This position will report to the Director of Development and must be a results-oriented, motivated self-starter with a high degree of initiative, comfortable in working in fast paced-environment and able handle multiple projects and timelines.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist in site evaluation and acquisition, including site feasibility, conceptual design, proforma analysis.
- Contribute towards project concept and design.
- Stay current on market trends, market conditions and the local competition in the condominium/rental market.
- Manage and participate in community engagement and stakeholder process as required.
- Work independently to manage project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved in a timely fashion.
- Additional responsibilities and duties may be required to successfully perform this role.

**What you need to bring**:

- Relevant post-secondary education such as Architecture, Planning, Engineering or Construction supported with education in Real Estate or Urban Land Economics;
- Three (3) + years of experience in multi-family residential development on multi-phased projects;
- Knowledge of design, construction and infrastructure would be an asset;
- Possess a strong understanding of the OCPs and zoning bylaws and municipal approve processes;
- An understanding of concrete and wood-frame construction is an asset;
- Possess strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Possess strong work ethic and attention to detail;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance multiple perspectives;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Positive attitude.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $110,000.00 depending on experience. We also provide:
