**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This position involves performing various tasks related to commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are presentable and safe for employees and visitors alike.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained to promote a healthy environment.
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed, including paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies.
- Respond promptly to any cleaning or maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including entrances and walkways.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
