Little Billy's is a very busy family owned restaurant with an incredibly welcoming and fun atmosphere featuring Italian, Greek, and Mediterranean style cuisine.

We are looking for a new Head Chef with experience in Mediterranean fine dining to join our friendly team.
- 5+ years cooking experience in similar type cuisine
- Food Safety and Food Level Courses
- Fine Dining Food Preparation and Presentation
- Experience Creating Dishes
- Experience Managing Food Cost
- Experience Managing a Kitchen (Ordering, Training, etc)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- Burnaby, BC V5B 1S6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
- Food Level Certification (preferred)
