Welldone Mechanical Services Inc. is a family-owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 59 years and we are growing As a result, we are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our Company. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBIILITIES** - Promote a positive and fun workplace culture. - Audit required documents prior to start of work. - Competent understanding of systems for both project and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs. - Train, direct, and evaluate team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of paperwork. - Understand the timing of work and how it relates to others. - Direct and monitor team members in development, communication, and redemption of schedules. - Instruct and direct team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of all paperwork. - Understand the relationship between performance, customer satisfaction, and new business. - Instruct and direct team members to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations. **COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** Strong leadership skills Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Bus. Admin or others.) OR 5+ years of experience with Commercial HVAC systems Coaching and leadership experience Superior relationship-building skills 2-5+ years of Management experience Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk Mechanical aptitude Strong communication skills - both written and oral Coaching and leadership experience Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and clean driving record ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE: - Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) At Welldone, we place a high value on creating a safe workplace and continuous learning for our employee’s.
