**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, builders, and contractors to present our product lines, provide estimates, and close sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and selling quality products to a growing market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Meet with homeowners and contractors to understand their garage door needs
- Present product options, styles, and pricing in a professional and consultative manner
- Take measurements and gather necessary details for accurate quotes
- Follow up with leads from online inquiries, showroom visits, and marketing campaigns
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and competitive offerings

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **outside sales, home improvement, or construction products** (garage doors experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of measurements and technical details for quoting
- Own transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the GTA
- Good knowledge of social media platform
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools for quotes and follow-ups
- Must have legal status to work in Canada

Pay: $40,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
