Lash Technician

As a lash technician you are at the forefront of the company fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients of The Beauty Cabin.

A lash technician's services and product knowledge make immediate improvements on the life of each and every client.

This person should have a strong background in customer service, time management and be an effective communicator with a wide variety of customer personalities.

**What you'll do**:

- Work alongside our team of estheticians and nail technicians providing eyelash services (natural lash extension, hybrid lash extension, volume lash extension, lash lift, lash tint)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a book of clients making sure that they are well-looked after for all their beauty needs
- Maintaining a schedule 2-3 weeks in advance so that your clients never miss an appointment
- Offer advice through strong product knowledge
- Adhere to simple but strict sanitary guidelines in regards to professional implements
- Begin and maintain an individual success plan that involves in-house and remote education programs

**Skills and knowledge that you should possess**:

- Lash extension certificate is required
