Print Production and Design Assistant

**Instant Imprints** **Mainstreet** is a franchise business that specializes in all printing categories - from sign, promotional items, branded apparel, and custom banners. Whilst creating an enjoyable work environment for our staff, we aim for perfection and customer satisfaction. Working here allows staff members to explore their creativity as the job entails personally creating all customer orders, and even designing some if preferred. We are looking to hire a **Production and Front Desk Assistant. **This role is more on the production aspect of the printing industry.

**Responsibilities** **include**:

- Completing all orders on time to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Maintaining healthy relationships with all customers and other staff members
- Printing and executing some orders that can be a tedious process and will require patience and perfection.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Experience with graphic designing, preferably the **software CorelDRAW**:

- A keen eye to level artwork on promotional products and apparel
- General knowledge about computers
- Experience using an embroidery machine, a Direct to Garment machine, and using Print Vinyl (not required, but strongly preferred)
