**Parking Attendant (Full-time/temporary)**
- Contract: up to 6 months_

Do you have a love for cars? Are you a people person? If so, then Indigo Park has the perfect job for you. We are currently seeking an Attendant. The Attendant is the first point of contact for arriving customers and assists in occasionally directing them to the appropriate parking locations. The Attendant must ensure we consistently meet customer and client expectations by providing excellent customer service. They are also the ambassador for the company as well as the venue.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Calculate the parking charges and process credit card payments
- Logging all manual gate openings in log book
- Replenish ticket supply and replace receipt rolls
- Assist customers on how to use pay stations through intercom systems
- Report any signs that are not in good condition
- Monitor lot and check for parking space availability
- Basic maintenance and trouble shooting of parking equipment
- Determine and solve any equipment issues
- Manage, assist, and advise clients on the parking rules and procedures (prices, troubleshooting, opening hours, etc.)
- Always keep the workplace clean - the daily cleaning of the gate, machines, and booth
- Follow proper procedures in case of accidents or towing vehicles
- Serve the customer according to the standards and procedures established by Indigo
- Duties as assigned by the manager

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work underground
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Cash handling experience is an asset
- Punctual, mature, and reliable
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both written and verbally
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
