We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department, ensuring our technology aligns with business strategies and operational needs.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and support local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
- Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
- Monitor and test website performance to ensure websites operate correctly and without interruption.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an asset for working with the China team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Information Technology: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
