**Roles/Requirements**:

- Demonstrate commitment to the success of the team while supporting and mentoring electrical apprentices.
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations for proper operations, design and electrical installations.
- Complete cutting, threading, bending, and assembling rigid, aluminum and conduit systems.
- Maximize manpower while optimizing the utilization of skills, material and other resources to ensure efficiencies are met and exceeded.
- Understand and inter-operate the most current Canadian electrical code book and exercise the rules when applicable.
- Install, replace, repair and test electrical circuits and equipment such as electrical controls and panel boxes, splice, join and connect wires, test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits, troubleshoot and isolate faults.
- Lead quality installations based on system design and specifications.
- Require to go on site (For emergency situation ONLY) only few times a year.
- Completion of quality control documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Journeyman Electrician.
- Commercial and Industrial HVAC experience is an asset.
- Willingness to share your experience and knowledge with others.
- Must have a ‘team-first’ focus and work well in group settings.
- Good understanding of electrical prints, diagrams & schematics.
- Minimum of 5 year electrical experience in Alberta
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various service projects
- Work well under pressure
- Proven ability to effectively finish project to meet our deadlines.
- A valid Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract.
- Clean drivers abstract and successfully complete a background check

- 8 hour shift
